Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and implement digital marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Manage Digital Advertising Budgets: Oversee digital advertising budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize campaign spending to maximize ROI and achieve targeted goals.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Creative, and Events, to develop integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing innovations, and proactively recommend strategies for continuous improvement and optimization.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or professional certifications in digital marketing, data analytics, or related disciplines preferred.
  • Experience: Proven track record of 5+ years of experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on data analytics, strategy development, and campaign optimization.
  • Skills: Expertise in utilizing data analytics tools, proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, and strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
