Our Home Monitoring Program enables individuals to maintain their independence through the help of our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who administer medications in the patient's residence. Visiting patients in the community and performing patient-specific assessments, such as blood glucose monitoring and blood pressure monitoring, are key responsibilities. LPNs must interpret assessment data to adjust medications accordingly and document all interventions, patient behavior changes, and assessment data. A driver's license and availability to work some evenings and weekends are required. LPNs must be licensed and practicing with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM). Job Types: Casual, Permanent. Shift premiums and sign-on bonus available. Wage: Based on experience + shift premiums available. Overtime pay. Day shift. Morning shift.
