Parts Person Job Description

Brandt is seeking a skilled Parts Person to join our Truck & Trailer division in Regina. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for placing new customer parts orders, following up on existing orders, and confirming inventory availability.

This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be working closely with our network of branch locations to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound sales calls to customers to discuss parts pricing and availability
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text to provide accurate and timely information
  • Fulfill parts order requests from clients with precision and attention to detail
  • Provide inventory availability and shipping times to customers to ensure seamless delivery
  • Collaborate with other Brandt field staff members to provide comprehensive parts support
  • Work with multiple vendors to offer customers a range of options for their parts needs

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high levels of satisfaction
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in parts ordering and fulfillment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a dynamic environment
