Electrical Business Development Trainee

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the electrical industry? We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Electrical Business Development Trainee.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for learning and developing into a future Sales and Business Development Representative. This will involve learning and optimizing processes from the warehouse operations to sales ownership, including learning about new products and services, and developing market go-to strategies to grow the customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and develop into a future Sales and Business Development Representative.
  • Learn and optimize processes from the warehouse operations to sales ownership.
  • Develop market go-to strategies to grow the customer base.
  • Conduct outbound calls to engage prospects and effectively communicate the benefits of our services.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by efficiently managing leads and opportunities.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Business Development, Account Management, and/or Sales role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Tenacity, grit, and a dedication to professionalism.
  • A student mentality and the drive to succeed and gain new skill sets.
