Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Immigration Consultant to join our team. As an Immigration Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, conducting thorough immigration assessments, and developing tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service
    • Provide exceptional client service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
    • Conduct thorough immigration assessments, identifying potential issues and developing strategies to overcome them
  • Immigration Research and Analysis
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest immigration policies and procedures, analyzing and interpreting complex regulations and guidelines
    • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of immigration laws and regulations, identifying areas of risk and opportunity
  • Client Communication
    • Communicate complex immigration information to clients in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that clients understand their options and the potential outcomes
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the immigration process
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as law, international relations, or business
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in immigration consulting or a related field
  • Language Skills
    • Fluency in English and one or more of the following languages: Arabic, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Chinese
  • Work Setting
    • Business and/or industry
    • Urban area
    • Professional association or organization

    • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping
    • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
