Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At ALBERTA LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, including food and beverage servers, kitchen and food service helpers, and other support staff.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on sales, customer feedback, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment with fast-paced environment and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, and team player.
Working Conditions:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a team environment.
