Job Title: Welding Machine Operator

At TECHPRO INDUSTRIES INC., we are seeking a skilled Welding Machine Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret welding process specifications and read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals, and processes.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment, including robotic welding production lines.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.
  • Determine weldability of materials and operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
  • Operate previously set-up brazing or soldering machines to bond metal or to fill holes, indentations, and seams of metal.
  • Start up, shut down, adjust, and monitor robotic welding production lines.
Work Environment:

As a Welding Machine Operator, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and physically demanding conditions. You will be required to work in confined spaces and be exposed to noisy conditions.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in welding or a related field.
  • Flexibility, organized, and hardworking.
