Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Oversee and manage daily office operations.
  • Assess and improve daily operational efficiency.
  • Develop and enforce office policies and procedures.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments effectively.
  • Handle incoming calls and relay messages appropriately.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Gather and compile data, statistics, and relevant information.
  • Manage office supply orders and maintain inventory levels.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Establish and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily office functions.

This is a permanent role with working hours ranging from 32 to 40 hours per week. The primary language of communication in this position is English.
