Senior Underwriter, Middle Market Expert

AXA XL is seeking a highly skilled Senior Underwriter to join our Middle Market team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for underwriting and managing our Middle Market insurance products, developing and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and clients, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Underwrite and manage Middle Market insurance products, including GL, Property, Auto, Umbrella, and Environmental.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to achieve profitable premium and rate goals, working closely with actuarial and claims teams.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our Middle Market products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high-quality service standards and compliance with internal audit guidelines.
- Extensive experience in Middle Market insurance, with a strong understanding of insurance product offerings and the Canadian insurance industry.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and business growth.
