About the Role

As a Water and Wastewater Treatment Project Director, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing complex infrastructure projects within the water and wastewater sector. You will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery, from initial planning and design to construction and commissioning.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure successful project execution.
  • Oversee the design, procurement, and construction phases of projects, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulations.
  • Manage risks and issues effectively, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts.
  • Prepare and deliver progress reports to clients and stakeholders, providing transparent updates on project status.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience managing complex water and wastewater treatment projects.
  • Strong understanding of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and software tools.
