Job Description

TV2 Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Adobe Analytics Expert to drive business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Manage the end-to-end Adobe Analytics process, including data collection, analysis, reporting, and optimization.
  • Technical Specifications: Translate business requirements into technical specifications for custom digital analytics implementation using a combination of data layer, processing rules, SAINT classification, report suite configuration, custom JavaScript, JSON, and applicable integrations with other systems.
  • Project Delivery: Oversee the delivery of digital analytics implementation projects, from KPI definition to data analysis and presentation.
  • Dashboard and Report Creation: Build dashboards and reports to enable various functional teams to make better, more informed decisions and evaluate their performance.
  • Tag Management: Ensure tags are consistent on all properties and manage cost/server calls usage to minimize Adobe annual cost.
  • Admin Tasks: Assist with admin tasks, such as new variable implementation, Launch property setup, and validation/testing of tagging.
  • Mobile Analytics: Possess a deep understanding of Adobe Mobile Services best practices for measurement plans and tagging in Mobile Apps.
  • JSON and Native Mobile Development: Have a strong understanding of JSON structures and best practices, as well as Native Mobile development standards.
  • Digital Analytics QA Tools: Experience with digital analytics QA tools such as Charles, Omnibug, Fiddler.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with digital analytics industry trends, including tracking libraries and SDKs, cookies, data layer, tag management systems, report suite configuration, etc.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree in Computer Science or IT, or equivalent work experience.
  • Adobe Analytics Expertise: Possess one of the Adobe Implementation Certificates and have experience with Adobe Analytics Tag Manager (Adobe Launch/DTM).
  • Variables and Setup: Knowledge of Adobe Analytics variables and their setup.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in Adobe Analytics Requirements Gathering, Producing Implementation Guides, and Adobe Analytics QA and debugging.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, judgment, and conceptual ability, excellent communication skills, ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources, data and details oriented, autonomous, and proactive.
  • Additional Requirements: 5+ years' experience building dashboards and custom reports to derive business insights from raw data, implementing tracking solutions in Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, and solid understanding of HTML/JavaScript and Tag Management tools such as Adobe DTM.
