About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join our team at KPI Digital. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence solutions using Cognos Analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development
    • Develop complex data models and frameworks using Cognos Analytics
    • Create reports and dashboards to meet business requirements
    • Implement data visualization best practices to enhance user experience
  • Data Analysis and Insights
    • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns
    • Develop data-driven insights to inform business decisions
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements
  • Technical Expertise
    • Expert-level knowledge of Cognos Analytics, including data modeling, reporting, and data visualization
    • Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation languages
    • Experience with ETL tools, such as SSIS, ADF, and Power Query
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business intelligence solutions
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence development using Cognos Analytics
    • 3+ years of experience with ETL tools and data manipulation languages
  • Skills
    • Strong understanding of data warehouse and business intelligence concepts
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
