Job Title: Parts Logistics Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Logistics Manager to join our team at NCP Auto Parts Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistics of our parts shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient logistics plans to prioritize tasks and ensure timely delivery of parts
  • Organize and oversee the operational logistics of our organization, including inventory management and supply chain coordination
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on key performance indicators and operational metrics
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff as needed to support the logistics operations
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Work Environment:

This is a temporary position with a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve operational goals.

Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
