Job Summary
We are seeking a Manufacturing Inspector to join our team in Port Alberni, BC. This role will be responsible for inspecting incoming and outgoing parts, materials, and services to ensure conformance to technical data and releasing products to aircraft.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manufacturing inspection activities in accordance with the manufacturing manual and AS9100 SOPs.
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Interpret and understand technical drawings and industry standards, such as MIL and AMS.
- Use hand measuring tools and computer proficiency for CMM operations.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of tasks.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety program.
- Participate in company-assigned training and maintain a strong work ethic.
Requirements
- Industry-related experience or relevant experience.
- Computer technical aptitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret technical data.
- Aircraft Maintenance Engineer M, S, or E certification.
