At Northbridge Financial Corporation, we're seeking a highly skilled Executive Underwriter to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Auto department, you'll play a critical role in developing customized solutions for our internal clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Underwriters to create unique Commercial and Personal Auto solutions
  • Underwrite and service complex and unique portfolios in accordance with established guidelines and business objectives
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Develop written communications to guide Underwriters in risk assessment and serve as a subject matter expert

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of Underwriting experience
  • Completed or pursuing CIP, FCIP, or RPLU designations
  • Strong customer service background and team-first mentality
