We are currently seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role is a permanent, on-site position that involves providing essential IT assistance to employees.
Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Specialist, your daily tasks will include:
- Assisting management with the establishment of new IT frameworks, including deployment, updates, and installations.
- Conducting daily monitoring of systems, backups, networks, and other technological equipment.
- Overseeing the inventory of IT assets and ensuring proper installation and maintenance of hardware.
- Documenting IT processes and procedures for future reference.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A diploma in computer science (DEP).
- Experience with firewalls, VPNs, switches, wireless networks, Active Directory, virtualization systems, RDP, Windows 10/11, Linux, and PowerShell scripting.
- Familiarity with iPhone and iPad devices, as well as Office 365.
- A valid driver's license, with some travel between sites required.
