About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer service representative to join our team as an Online Sales Support Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet and exceed customer service standards, sales goals, and call duration objectives
  • Support the online sales team during peak periods and provide a complete sleep system to customers
  • Provide excellent communication skills in English and French, both written and verbal

Requirements
