Role Summary:

This role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities within an office setting. Given the customer-centric nature of this position, all employees are expected to conduct their duties with professionalism and align with our corporate values.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage daily inventory operations

• Process all transactions in the system, ensuring accurate coding and necessary approvals.

• Assist in conducting weekly and monthly inventory audits

• Enter reports into the management system

• Document safety and inspection findings

• Address inquiries from walk-in clients

• Compile and manage periodic reports

• Support dispatch in scheduling and routing logistics.

• Handle incoming calls directed to your line

• Process account modifications

• Create opening records for commercial accounts at the branch.

• Maintain data on the Continuous Improvement Board

• Ensure compliance records for drivers and third-party contractors are up to date

• Prepare bank deposits.

• Order and manage office supplies.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:


• Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in an office environment.

• Familiarity with accounting procedures.

• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

• High attention to detail and follow-through.

• Excellent customer service aptitude.

• Experience with JD Edwards is a plus.

• Proficient in verbal, written, and analytical communication.

• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

• Knowledge of lubricant products is advantageous.

• Experience with fleet and asset management.
