Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic leader to oversee the operations of multiple restaurant locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment and ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service that aligns with the A&W brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of 2 to 4 restaurant locations.
  • Lead and develop staff to meet and exceed restaurant performance targets.
  • Provide coaching to team members to enhance customer service and brand representation.
  • Monitor and manage labor and food costs effectively.
  • Support the team on the floor to ensure efficient service and teamwork.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations.
  • Handle hiring, training, and employee management processes.
  • Manage inventory and ordering processes.
  • Perform other essential duties related to the operation of fast food restaurants.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Experience in quick service restaurants is preferred.
  • Post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Food handling certification is required.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer interaction.
  • A strong leader who values teamwork.
  • Basic proficiency in English is expected.
