Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inbound Call Center Agent to join our team at Mass Markets. As an Inbound Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
