Social Media and Content Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
Act as the primary contact for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram at the provincial level, collaborating with national teams.Design and curate the content calendar for all social media, highlighting KPMG's news and updates in Quebec.Draft all posts, including those from senior leadership and key internal influencers.Collaborate with design teams to produce engaging visuals such as memes, videos, and infographics.Proactively suggest strategies to enhance engagement based on objectives and target audiences.Engage with community members by responding to messages and moderating interactions.Coordinate with internal teams to address inquiries received through social media platforms.Foster subscriber interaction by responding to comments and mentions, and driving engagement.Provide training on LinkedIn to empower employees as brand ambassadors.Develop content strategies for specific campaigns, both organic and paid.Generate monthly reports on social media performance and engagement.Ensure timely follow-up on community messages and requests.Digital Communication and Acquisition:
Assist newly acquired companies in updating their online presence:Revise website content according to established standards.Manage the company profile on Google.Update LinkedIn company and employee profiles.Internal Newsletter Development:
Create a project plan for the monthly newsletter.Select relevant topics for inclusion.Compose engaging content.Oversee the approval process.Coordinate with external agencies for distribution.Conduct performance analysis post-distribution and quarterly.Monitoring and Trend Analysis:
Oversee and engage with the organization's social media presence, ensuring active community interaction.Stay informed on industry trends and news to maintain a competitive edge.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, or a related field.A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.Proficient in major social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, with a strong understanding of their professional language.Expertise in creating diverse content for social media, including photos, videos, stories, and written content.Demonstrated ability to develop strategies that align with business goals.Fluent in French, with strong written and spoken English skills for effective communication with stakeholders.Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build relationships with various stakeholders, along with strong organizational and project management capabilities.Support and Inclusivity
