About the Role

MNP is seeking a seasoned Tax Manager to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will lead multiple client-facing engagement teams and deliver industry and technical expertise in taxation and assurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client-facing engagement teams and deliver high-quality tax services
  • Evaluate business processes and advise on policy and tax changes
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and prepare election forms
  • Manage client relationships and develop proactive tax strategies
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
  • Mentor and coach team members

Requirements

  • CPA designation
  • Completion of Level 1 of In-depth Tax Program and other specialist development courses
  • 4 to 5 years of relevant public accounting or tax consulting experience
  • Extensive working knowledge of Canadian Tax
  • Strong understanding of business, accounting, management, and practice development principles
  • Proven people management, relationship building, and leadership skills
