We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team at GFL Environmental. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including supervising the administrative team, collaborating on bid analysis and preparation, and coding and entering contracts into our database.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of the administrative team
  • Collaborate with the team to analyze and prepare bids and proposals
  • Code and enter contracts into our database
  • Provide administrative support to team members as needed
  • Resolve administrative issues and concerns
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
