PhD Student and Postdoc Position in Hematopoiesis Research

We are seeking highly motivated and talented PhD students and postdoctoral researchers to join our dynamic team at the Ghersi Lab, University of Montreal, CHU Sainte Justine.

About the Position:

We are looking for individuals with a strong background in developmental biology, genetics, or a related field to contribute to our research on blood stem cell formation using zebrafish models.

Responsibilities:

PhD students will conduct independent research, collaborate on interdisciplinary projects, and write fellowships. Postdoctoral researchers will lead research projects, mentor junior lab members, and contribute to grant writing and publications.

Requirements:

PhD students: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, and a keen interest in developmental and stem cell biology. Postdoctoral researchers: PhD in a relevant field, demonstrated research excellence, and experience with molecular biology and stem cell biology. Experience with zebrafish is a plus.
