Retail Store Management and Sales Associate

Stitches is a leading apparel retailer with over 600 stores across Canada. We are currently seeking a Store Manager and Sales Professional to join our team at our Pine Centre Mall location.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Manage store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Collaborate with the district manager to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-4 years of experience in a retail management role
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving business objectives
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
