Your Responsibilities:
In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Director of Operations, managing a team of 2 Account Managers and overseeing a portfolio of 30 locations across the Central Okanagan and Northern BC. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving operational excellence by ensuring deadlines are met and developing innovative maintenance strategies and enhanced cleaning practices.
- Maintaining effective communication with your team to uphold company policies and address performance challenges.
- Building and nurturing strong client relationships through prompt responses to inquiries and regular check-ins.
- Facilitating the onboarding of new accounts while ensuring compliance with existing contract terms.
- Traveling approximately 60% within the region and up to 10% to broader areas.
Qualifications:
- A reliable vehicle is essential for regular travel throughout the region.
- A minimum of 5 years of managerial experience with mid-senior level direct reports is required.
- Experience in business finance, including budgeting and forecasting, along with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
- A post-secondary degree in business or project management is preferred.
- Prior experience in the janitorial industry is advantageous.
