Job Description: Market Sales Coordinator

As a Vehicle Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in connecting dealerships with buyers on our innovative platform. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, from assessing vehicle inventory to launching detailed profiles on our mobile app and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Vehicle Assessment & Data Entry: Visit dealerships to meticulously evaluate vehicle inventories, capturing accurate information for online listings.
    • Platform Proficiency: Leverage our user-friendly web and mobile applications to efficiently manage vehicle profiles and communicate with clients.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership partners, providing ongoing support and addressing any technical inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service, demonstrating a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in utilizing web and mobile technologies for efficient communication and data management.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in wholesale vehicle assessments or a related field.
  • Background in sales or dealership operations, showcasing an understanding of the automotive industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the automotive market and current trends.
