About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and caring Home Childcare Provider to join our team at SURBHI SHARMA. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in a safe and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
  • Establish a daily routine that promotes physical, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Engage children in activities that foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with parents and other caregivers to ensure seamless care
  • Keep accurate records of daily activities, meals, and any notable events
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience working with children, preferably in a childcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
