Job Title: Nanny

UPHOME is seeking a qualified Nanny to join our team. As a Nanny, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and supervision to children in the comfort of their own home.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional care and attention to children, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities and games to promote social development and learning.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, taking into account any dietary restrictions or allergies.
  • Establish a safe and healthy environment, including maintaining a clean and organized living space.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties, ensuring the home remains tidy and comfortable for the family.
  • Travel with the family on trips and provide care and supervision during these times.
  • Care for pets and ensure their needs are met.
  • Discipline children in accordance with the parents' methods and values.
  • Communicate effectively with parents to ensure a smooth and harmonious household.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or equivalent education.
  • 5 years or more of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
