Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and caring individual to assist our residents with their daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Assist residents with mobility and transfer
  • Provide companionship and social interaction
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident's condition
  • Participate in resident care planning and implementation
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
