About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Manager to join our team at Mediabistro. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for leading the evolution of our digital news product, INFO, and its various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify business needs and requirements to inform product decisions.
  • Develop and evolve the product vision and roadmap, balancing short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and issues with a problem-solving mindset to stakeholders.
  • Lead strategy and planning activities, including product discovery, design cycles, and product reviews.
  • Support teams in delivery activities and ensure the health and continuous improvement of the team.
Requirements
  • University degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
  • Seven years of relevant experience in digital product development as a Product Manager.
  • Work experience in Agile environments, including Scrum and Jira.
  • Strong knowledge of performance measurement tools and A/B testing.
  • Experience with collaboration and co-creation methods, such as Design Sprints.
  • Knowledge of personalization strategies and tactics is an asset.
  • Excellent spoken and written French; English is an asset for collaboration with bilingual teams.
