Job Title: Transit Coordinator

Morrison Hershfield, now Stantec, is a leading infrastructure consulting firm that delivers innovative solutions to support economic growth and social prosperity. We are seeking a highly skilled Transit Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review meeting minutes and stakeholder presentation content to ensure high quality and accuracy
  • Manage stakeholder meeting processes to ensure timely engagement-related milestones
  • Coordinate stakeholder meeting comments with the Client's Technical Advisor and project delivery team
  • Follow up with Client's staff on submittal reviews, approvals, and action items
  • Oversee records of stakeholder Request for Information (RFI) to ensure accuracy and conformance to document control processes
  • Review stakeholder invoices
  • Support coordination of design review processes
  • Support coordination of stakeholder requirements collection, evaluation, and response
Requirements:
  • Adept communication skills, written and verbal
  • Project management/coordination and business process management experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Familiarity with Unifier a plus
  • Knowledge of transit/transportation/urban planning
  • Experience with infrastructure megaprojects
  • College diploma or degree in engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in transit-related projects
