Zachary Jennings Painting is a vibrant, student-run painting enterprise located in the Greater Toronto Area. We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to become part of our door-to-door marketing initiative.
This position is ideal for those eager to acquire new skills, step outside their comfort zones, and enhance their communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with the public using an approachable and friendly demeanor
- Commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week
- Adapt to various social situations and individuals
- Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced team setting
- Maintain a positive outlook and demonstrate a strong work ethic
- Exhibit excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English is required
Compensation Structure:
Your earnings will be based on the quality of leads generated, along with a 2% commission on the revenue from each lead. The typical pay rate is around $20 per hour.
Work Environment:
The primary focus of our marketing efforts is within the local community.
