Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement a Data Governance Framework: Establish and deploy an enterprise data governance strategy and framework, in partnership with business functions and technology.
- Foster Data Transparency and Quality: Enhance data quality and establish trust in data across data domains.
- Build and Refine Analytics: Develop and deliver analytics that lead to data-driven decisions and serve as a key influencer and champion for the use and management of information and analytics.
- Lead a Team of Data Governance Professionals: Collaborate with all OCIO team to integrate data governance capabilities into technology infrastructure, enterprise applications, data pipelines, and analytics.
- Support Master Data Management Initiative: Collaborate with business data owners, application SMEs, and Architecture Team to ensure data accuracy by defining data standards and governance policies.
- 10+ years of professional experience in information technology with a focus on data.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Data Governance, Data Privacy, or a related field.
- Experience leading teams through direct and indirect authority.
- Experience developing a Data Governance framework, operating model, implementation approach, roadmap, and best practices.
- Ability to collaborate and influence at an executive leadership level.
At PointClickCare, we offer a competitive total rewards package, including a base salary range of $171,000 - $190,000, bonus or commission, equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by job and level, and individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience, and/or work location.
