- Project Oversight: Monitor progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective measures to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets within budget constraints.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with other disciplines, including narrative designers, artists, programmers, and producers, to integrate level design seamlessly into the game's overall experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Possess a strong understanding of real-time 3D engines, level editors, and relevant software tools to effectively guide your team's technical execution.
- A Bachelor's degree in Game Design or a related field.
- Proven experience leading level design teams in the development of AAA video games.
- In-depth knowledge of game mechanics, level design principles, and storytelling techniques.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for gaming and a strong understanding of the Assassin's Creed franchise.
