Server - Food and Beverage Services Representative

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at IHOP Fallsview. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Present menus and make recommendations to customers.
- Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
- Food and Beverage Service
- Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers.
- Present bills to customers and accept payment.
- Work Environment
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction.
- Stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
- Personal Qualities
- Be flexible and able to work in a team environment.
- Have initiative and be organized.
- Be reliable and a team player.
- Support for Diverse Groups
- Participate in programs that support newcomers, refugees, youth employment, and Indigenous people.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Permanent full-time position.
- 40 hours per week.
- English language work environment.
