Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for overseeing field operations and ongoing projects, ensuring completion is efficient, reliable, cost-effective, and safe
  • Provide leadership, strategic guidance, and a vision for future growth, ensuring employees are well-informed, aligned, and accountable
  • Consistently adhere to company health, safety, and environmental standards, policies, and procedures while staying updated on local, provincial, and federal compliance guidelines

Role Requirements:

  • Business or Technical degree or equivalent experience
  • Over 10 years of experience in industrial services/maintenance within the oil & gas sector
  • 3 to 5 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite
