Position Overview
The Director of Client Services plays a pivotal role in steering the strategic direction of customer-centric IT services for T-Net British Columbia's faculty, staff, and students. This position is responsible for crafting and executing strategies, plans, and policies that guarantee consistent and effective IT service delivery throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to meet the evolving needs of the T-Net community.
- Foster positive relationships across diverse user groups and serve as a strategic advisor on IT client services.
- Lead and mentor a proficient Client Services team, ensuring they are equipped to address the institution's changing demands.
- Drive process optimization and service excellence, integrating industry best practices and exploring innovative technologies.
