**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide top-notch customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
* Manage client accounts, including data entry, reporting, and communication
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience
**Requirements:**
* Minimum of two years of customer service experience
