Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Office Management
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, ensuring that all necessary resources are available to support the team.
- Supervision and Team Management
- Supervise and manage a team of 1-2 people, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Computer and Technology Skills
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Windows.
- Area of Specialization
- Project management, with experience in coordinating and planning projects from start to finish.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a large workload.
