About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Warieka Development Ltd. as an Operations Coordinator. This is a key role that requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating travel arrangements.
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, ensuring that all necessary resources are available to support the team.
  • Supervision and Team Management
    • Supervise and manage a team of 1-2 people, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Computer and Technology Skills
    • Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Windows.
  • Area of Specialization
    • Project management, with experience in coordinating and planning projects from start to finish.
