Key Responsibilities:- Training Program Development: Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and design programs that meet those needs.
- Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees, utilizing various training methods to cater to different learning styles.
- Training Logistics: Coordinate training schedules, venues, and logistics, ensuring seamless execution of training programs.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics, and continuously improve training content based on feedback.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with training requirements and maintain accurate training records and documentation.
- Employee Development: Work with managers to identify individual development needs and provide guidance on career development and learning paths.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in education, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Eligibility: This position is open only to Canadian citizens and permanent residents.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in training coordination or related roles, with familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and training software.
The Training Coordinator may work from our office or remotely, depending on organizational policies.
