NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales revenue and market share.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to Installers, Stores, and Distribution Centers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parts and services.
- Sales Planning: Plan and execute sales initiatives to achieve annual sales targets and key objectives.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive analysis and gather market intelligence to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Communication: Effectively communicate sales progress and challenges to regional and DC management.
Requirements
- Education: University degree or college diploma.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as after-market knowledge.
- Availability: Available for travel and ASE Certification is an asset.
