Job Summary

The Millwright Specialist will be responsible for performing routine maintenance work on machinery, detecting and troubleshooting irregularities and malfunctions, and constructing foundations for machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair
    • Perform routine maintenance work on machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
    • Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions in machinery and equipment
    • Repair or replace defective machinery parts as needed
  • Fabrication and Installation
    • Construct foundations for machinery and equipment
    • Fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance, or set-up
    • Install machinery and equipment according to specifications
  • Operational Support
    • Operate machining tools to fabricate parts
    • Program programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
    • Estimate costs and materials for maintenance and repair projects
  • Equipment and Machinery Experience
    • Experience with electrical and electronic controls
