Safety and Service Manager

About the Role:
This position plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our operations by managing training programs for new employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of safety protocols and service objectives, and will be responsible for determining hiring and training needs to meet production expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with department, station, corporate, and government requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions.
- Provide coaching and feedback to employees to improve performance and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business or operations management.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and service objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- BC Class 5 Driver's License.
