As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving drinks, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve drinks according to company recipes and standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of guests, including taking orders and serving food and drinks
  • Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions
  • Count and reconcile cash and credit transactions at the end of each shift
  • Secure liquor, beer, and wine storage areas and maintain inventory
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of related work experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Related work experience in a hospitality or food and beverage environment
  • Knowledge of mixology and bartending techniques
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
