Position Overview: As a Multi-Unit General Manager, you will oversee the operations of several restaurant locations, ensuring that each meets our high standards for service and quality. This role requires a dynamic leader who can inspire and manage a diverse team while maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of 2 to 4 restaurant locations.
  • Lead and mentor staff to achieve performance targets and uphold A&W’s service standards.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service that reflects the A&W brand.
  • Monitor labor and food costs, implementing strategies to control expenses.
  • Support staff on the floor, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and standards.
  • Manage the hiring, training, and performance of employees.
  • Oversee inventory management and ordering processes.
  • Handle various responsibilities related to the daily operations of fast food establishments.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Experience in quick service restaurants is preferred.
  • Post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Food handling certification is required.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer interaction.
  • Proven leadership abilities and a collaborative mindset.
  • Basic proficiency in English is required.
