ELISA NAILS & SPA LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nail salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Manage Staff

Coordinate and schedule the work of our nail technicians, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.

Quality Control and Assurance

Monitor and maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of our nail services, including nail art, manicures, and pedicures.

Inventory Management

Requisition and manage inventory of nail care products, equipment, and supplies to ensure optimal stock levels.

Customer Service and Relations

Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Training and Development

Train and develop our nail technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Performance Management

Monitor and evaluate the performance of our nail technicians, providing feedback and coaching to improve their skills and productivity.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

At least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a nail salon or related industry.

Skills and Abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands

Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
