Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Associate to join our team at Team Ouzzy Inc. as a Food Counter Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment.
    • Operate a deep fryer and other kitchen equipment to prepare food items.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Take customer orders and process payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Inventory and Stock Management
    • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
