Thai Express is seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

• Food Preparation and Service
  • Prepare and serve food to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs
  • Portion and wrap foods, and package take-out food
• Customer Service
  • Take customers' orders and serve them at counters or buffet tables
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
• Inventory and Cleaning
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars, and remove kitchen garbage and trash
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
• Teamwork and Communication
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service

• Education and Experience
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
