Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Claims Adjuster to support our operations in Montreal, Quebec.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will evaluate property damage claims, both commercial and residential, and assess various risks through thorough loss investigations. This role involves negotiating settlements in compliance with provincial licensing standards while ensuring high performance and fostering strong client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French
  • AMF License (for personal and commercial lines) or actively pursuing one
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing personal and commercial property claims
  • Post-secondary education in a field related to insurance is advantageous
  • CIP accreditation or in the process of obtaining it
  • Experience in on-site assessments, including investigation and comprehensive reporting of property damage claims and associated risks
  • Proficient in Xactimate and XactAnalysis
  • Strong team player with exceptional customer service abilities
  • Willingness to thrive in a dynamic work environment with opportunities for career advancement
